Glucose, sleep, steps, vitals and your surroundings, read together instead of one at a time.
The whole day, minute by minute
Every reading on one curve, the highs and the lows both marked, and the meal behind each one. Time in range, spikes, estimated HbA1c and your glucose score on a single screen.
Your food, your response
Log a meal by name and Sally remembers what it did to you. Not a database average. Your curve.

Heat, a short night, a hard session, a late meeting. A1C pulls in the wearables and apps you already wear, so the day that fell apart has a reason attached to it.
Sally reads it back to you
A coach that knows your sport, your schedule and your last fifteen days. Not a chatbot with a search bar.
Ask why, get your own numbers back
Ask why the afternoon fell apart. Sally answers from your readings, not from general advice.
Sally speaks first
Reminders, daily summaries and nudges that arrive before the spike, without you having to ask.
Knows your food, answers in your language
Nasi goreng, martabak, oat milk lattes. Sally reads the food you actually eat, and answers in the language you asked in. Switch halfway through the conversation and she follows, with no setting to change and no new chat.

Notes from people mid-season
Six members, six reasons they started.
"Ate one before every long run for years because someone told me to back in 2019. Watched it go up and then straight back down about 40 minutes in, which is exactly when I always started feeling rough. Moved it to after the warm up instead. Completely different run. Still not sure why nobody mentions this."
"SIN to LHR to SFO on repeat. I mostly wanted to know whether it's worth training the day after a long haul. Usually no, and now I've got something to point at instead of just feeling lazy about it. Wish the jet lag side was more built out tbh."
"Heavy squat day and it's still dragging my numbers around at 10pm. I'd been eating my biggest meal straight after training because that's what you do. Moved it earlier. That's the whole change."
"No race, no goal weight. I'm 52 and I'd just like to know what's actually going on in there. Sally is good at not making me feel stupid about it, which I wasn't expecting. Biggest thing so far is a walk after dinner. Sounds like nothing. I didn't believe it until I watched it happen."
Green juice, acai bowls, oat milk lattes, the whole thing. Took me a while to accept that my best mornings were the ones wrecking my afternoon. I still have the oat milk latte sometimes, I just know what it costs now.
Anything over three hours and the last climb was a coin toss. Turns out I could watch it coming about twenty minutes out, which is long enough to do something about it. I eat earlier on the bike now. Same legs, different last hour.
Whatever you are training for
Cyclists, runners, lifters, founders on a red-eye. Same sensor, same coach.

Frequently asked questions
Everything worth knowing before you start with A1C and Sally.
No. Application takes about 30 seconds. A tiny filament sits just under the skin, and most people don't feel it once it's on. The sensor is waterproof, so you can shower, swim, and train normally.
PlayWatch how to apply your A1C CGMOpens YouTube in a new tabA1C reads data from any CGM with Apple Health integration on iOS, including LinX. For wearables, A1C works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop, Oura Ring, Amazfit, and other wearables that support Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android).
Very little. The sensor reads your glucose automatically every few minutes, so there's nothing to do. Log a meal or a moment of stress when it's convenient, and spend a few minutes a day reviewing what Sally finds.
Context. We read your glucose alongside the things that move it, food, sleep, stress, and your schedule. Sally connects them and tells you what to change while the change still counts.
About 15 days. We send the next one ahead of time, so you're never without a reading between sensors.
Yes. Your glucose shows up in real time the moment the sensor connects. Sally starts spotting patterns once she has enough data, usually within the first few days.
No. A1C is built for cyclists, runners, lifters and founders on a red-eye, people who want to know why one session held and the next one didn't. If you are managing diabetes, speak to your doctor first and keep following whatever they have prescribed.
